Rental Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing J&Z Event Rentals. Please review our rental terms carefully to ensure a smooth and successful rental experience.

1. Minimum Order

  • The minimum rental order is $200 before taxes and delivery fees.

2. Rental Period

  • The standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • Extended rentals may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup are available based on the address and time window selected at checkout.
  • Standard delivery occurs within a 2–4 hour window.
  • If you require exact-time delivery, please select and pay for that option during checkout.
  • Please ensure that someone is available on-site during the scheduled delivery and pickup times.

4. Location Access

  • Delivery fees may vary depending on access (e.g. stairs, elevators, distance from drop-off point).
  • Please inform us in advance of any access limitations to avoid additional fees or delays.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Rented items are the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery until pickup.
  • Please ensure that items are protected from weather and returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Damaged, lost, or excessively soiled items may incur replacement or cleaning fees.

6. Setup & Styling

  • Setup services (e.g., table/chair setup, tablescaping) are available for an additional fee.
  • Be sure to add these services to your order or contact us in advance to ensure proper staffing and scheduling.

7. Order Confirmation

  • Your order is confirmed once the required deposit is paid at checkout.
  • No further availability checks are needed after deposit payment.

8. Deposit & Final Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • The remaining balance is due before or on the day of delivery.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order up to 14 calendar days (2 weeks) before your event date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made closer to the event may result in additional charges depending on services and inventory reserved.

10. Weather Policy

  • J&Z Event Rentals is not responsible for weather-related issues.
  • Tents and outdoor equipment must be secured properly. We reserve the right to refuse setup in unsafe conditions.

11. Changes to Orders

  • Any changes to orders (quantities, delivery details, etc.) must be submitted at least 5 days in advance.
  • Changes are subject to availability.

If you agree to these terms, placing your order confirms your acceptance.
